President Isaias and Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed agreed to deepen their all-rounded cooperation.
President Isaias Afwerki and his delegation have returned home in mid-morning hours on 15 October after a three-day working visit in
Ethiopia which was marked by tours to development projects.
President Isaias and Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed held extensive and frank consultations on bilateral cooperation and regional issues; and agreed to deepen their all-rounded cooperation.
During the visit, the Eritrean delegation visited various development projects as well as the Head Quarter of the Ethiopian Air Force in Bishoftu.
Sites visited by the delegation included the recently inaugurated mountainous recreational site – Entoto Natural Park – which is 4.5km north of Addis Ababa and a flower nursery within the city.
President Isaias Afwerki and his delegation also visited the Ethio-Engineering Group, in Bishoftu, Oromia regional state for the assembly of commercial and military vehicles, bicycles and other machineries.
The Presidential delegation included Foreign Minister Osman
Saleh and Presidential Adviser Yemane Ghebreab.
